🩺 HEALTH ALERT: Influenza A Cases Surge Across Malaysia
According to the Ministry of Health (KKM), 97 influenza clusters were reported nationwide in Week 40 / 2025, a sharp rise from only 14 the previous week.
The national influenza-like illness (ILI) rate increased to 7.38%, from 5.95% the week before.
📍 Selangor recorded the highest number of clusters (43), followed by Melaka, Penang, Kuala Lumpur, and Sabah, showing widespread transmission across Malaysia.
