Most dudes just don't have much time in the morning before we off to work. Yet, please don't go straight into the rat race every day and forgot to nourish our own.

Sport or diet to lose weight?
If your goal is to lose weight, it is imperative that you follow a meal plan that teaches you how to eat healthily. If you want to combine some sporting activity with your diet - and I suggest you do it - start for example with a walking program or with a sport that helps you become aware of your body such as gyrotonic or pilates.

The first step to getting better is to fundamentally change the way you feed yourself. It is a path of nutritional education to be pursued throughout life.
By eating better, you will reach your target weight and undoubtedly improve your health. Not only! You will feel less tired and with more energy. And if after a few months you do blood tests, you will notice an improvement in cholesterol, triglyceride and blood sugar values.

With sport, the goal you can achieve is longer-term: stronger bones and a decrease in the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Diet or sport: what matters is consistency and motivation
Sport or diet: at what pace?
Sport or diet: the essential thing is to establish achievable goals and a routine to integrate into your daily life without upsetting it. If you set yourself a sporting pace of 4 times a week, you have to maintain consistency to get results.

In both cases, long-term consistency is recommended!

If you choose a sports program, the minimum is to dedicate at least half an hour a day to it: you can take a brisk walk or house cleaning, go up the stairs, etc ... If you can add an hour of sport 3-4 times to the week is even better! Of course, check your general health before starting the program.
