🌸 乳腺健康知多少？这些真相你必须了解！
1️⃣乳腺结节≠乳腺癌
2️⃣乳腺结节是乳房内的肿块，80%以上为良性（如乳腺增生、纤维腺瘤），仅3%-5%可能恶变。
3️⃣结节形成与激素失衡（如熬夜、压力大）、遗传、不良生活习惯（高脂饮食、吸烟饮酒）相关。
4️⃣乳腺癌：早发现是关键
5️⃣乳腺癌是女性高发癌症，早期症状隐匿，如无痛肿块、乳头溢液、皮肤“橘皮样”改变等。
6️⃣我国每年新发乳腺癌超35万例，定期筛查是降低死亡率的核心。

👐 如何自检乳房健康？3步黄金法则
1️⃣自检时间：月经结束后7-10天（激素稳定，乳房最柔软）。
2️⃣自检方法：
视诊：对镜观察乳房形状、皮肤凹陷或红肿。
触诊：三指并拢螺旋按压，从外到内检查有无硬块。
挤捏：非哺乳期乳头溢液（尤其血性）立即就医。
3️⃣危险信号分级：
🟡 黄色警报：周期性胀痛伴多发小结节（多为良性增生）。
🟠 橙色警报：40岁后新发单侧无痛肿块。
🔴 红色警报：肿块快速增大（每月增长>20%）。

🛡 预防乳腺疾病，这些习惯越早养成越好！
1️⃣生活方式调整
饮食：多吃蔬菜、全谷物，少吃高脂高糖食品；避免含雌激素的保健品。
运动：每周150分钟中强度运动（快走、游泳）。
情绪管理：少生气、少焦虑！长期压力会扰乱激素平衡。
2️⃣定期筛查建议
20-39岁：每年1次乳腺超声。
40岁以上：每1-2年1次钼靶+超声（致密型乳腺需联合检查）。
高危人群（家族史、基因突变）：提前至30岁筛查，必要时加做MRI。
3️⃣特殊人群注意
哺乳期：断奶3个月后复查结节。
更年期：激素替代治疗前需乳腺评估。
