Gentle Hearts Care Center is a loving home for the elderly, disable individuals and people who need assisted cares.

We have a team of professional doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and caretakers who serve you 24 hours around-the-clock. We provide all range of services including nursing care, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, medication management, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
