Dear Parents,
We are implementing a new queue and registration system .
We are no longer giving appointment time to patient whether walk in / phone call / vaccination.
All patients will need to scan the QR code attached to get the Queue Number.
We would recommend parents to scan the QR code at home before depart to clinic . This is to reduce your waiting time in the clinic and your child can still be at home to wait for the turn .
You will received a message to mention your queue number and the number of patient in front of you.
Once your number is call ( a message will send to you ) and we expect your arrival within 15 minutes to ensure the rest after you will not be much affected.
Through this Queue system, when the number of patient before you left 1-2 , you may depart from home .
Despite Queue system for those walk in and those stay at home , we will still attend emergency cases first if there is any, and we hope you can understand. Life saving is our priority.
