This time I’m going to teach not only stretching exs and also some strengthening exercises for your core and hip muscles together

Do you ever feel your knee pain?

🗣️It’s very important to stretch your thigh
Many exs and daily activities and lead to the tightness of our thigh which can affect our knee mobility

🦵🏻Other than stretching and also stretching can temporarily help you reduce pain in some people
We also need to train the certain weak muscles to maintain the muscle balance (like our inner quat is the more weaknesses muscles)

💦Imbalance thigh muscles can put your knee in a more stressful situation

很多长期久坐的人都会经历上背的疼痛 即使做了一些拉伸的运动也于事无补
Many people easy to get soreness over the upper back when sit for longer time, and sometimes even doing the stretching the soreness is still there⚠️

这个时候呢 你可以照着这个视频教你做的去放松你上背的肌肉

方式非常简单容易 只需用一个按摩球或者网球 滚动在你肩胛骨内侧
❇️It’s very easy and simple with a small massage ball or a tennis ball, use it to roll in between your shoulder blade

⚠️为什么做俯卧撑时手腕会痛⁉️
Why do I experience wrist pain when doing push up⁉️

🥀可能手臂肌肉紧绷或肌肉无力。
It’s possible that you have tight and or weak muscles of your forearm muscles.

🔒手腕活动受限也会导致俯卧撑时手腕疼痛。
The limited wrist mobility can also cause the wrist pain during push up.

🧱如果您在进行俯卧撑、平板支撑和其他手放在地板上的动作等锻炼时出现手腕疼痛,您可以尝试修改锻炼方式,如视频上方。
If you’ve experienced wrist pain when doing exercises such as pushups, planks and other hands-on-the-floor moves, you can try to modify the way you do exercises like above the video.

The 1st Batch of the Penang Dry Needling Course of GEMt Australia

I’m so proud to be one of them. 🥰🥰

Wow, after being needled so many times, I think I have overcome needle phobia. Finally, I have successfully finished my course. 🥹

So thanks to my partners for these last few days. We learned from each other and practised on each other. Although that’s made a lot of holes in our bodies, We do have to experience it before we apply it to our patients.😂😂

GEMt Australia's director and instructors are very professional and teach us step-by-step patiently, explaining everything in detail. I do learn alot from this course, will keep on practice and brush up my knowledge 🫡
