Additionally, she held position of a physician of the IMU Chinese Medicine Centre as well as an assistant lead physician in the Fertility Clinic at Singapore Thong Chai Medical Institution. With over 10 years of experience as a Chinese Medicine physician, Dr. Sin Yen Suan specializes in the treatment of female and male infertility, gynecological, and paediatric problems. Her dedication extends beyond research, as she is still actively involved in Chinese Medicine educational talks and academic teaching.
沈雁珊博士曾在马来西亚国际医药大学（IMU）中医系担任讲师，并于IMU中医诊所担任驻诊医师职务。此外，沈雁珊博士曾于新加坡同济医院生育专科门诊，担任主治医师多年。拥有超过10年中医药临床经验，沈雁珊博士专长于治疗女性和男性不孕不育、各类妇科问题以及儿科疾病。
沈雁珊博士不仅在不孕不育领域做出了学术研究和报导的贡献，同时也积极参与中医药教育讲座、临床带教工作和学术教学。
