🇲🇾不到30岁的初次physio
🐮🐴长期坐办公室 下班后又低头刷手机 背部酸痛 反反复复的 好烦啊啊啊 终于决定去试试物理治疗！

来到了在槟城大山脚的物理治疗中心Recover Physio 环境干净舒适 治疗师也超友善细心❤️

先检查我的肩膀 脊椎状态 找出痛根源 再结合仪器+徒手手法 整个人酸爽到～～～
毕竟是first time说不痛是假的 最重要是really能达到放松和缓解的效果！！！

治疗师还教了我这家可以做的简单伸展动作 gym过后更需要多做了！

长期累积的小问题早点解决 不然 只会越来越serious 😉 如果你也有打工人职业后遗症或posture不良 真的可以试试～
