Pain is referred from neck joints, muscles, or nerves to the head.

是,这对颈部肌肉和颈动脉造成损伤,增加动脉撕裂、血栓形成及血流受限风险,最终可能引发缺血性中风‼️

颈动脉作为脑部供血主干道,承担着输送富氧血液的关键作用。

颈部有两条非常重要的血管:
💥颈动脉(Carotid artery)
💥椎动脉(Vertebral artery)

当按摩枪的高压震动或击打若直接作用在这些区域,可能造成以下危险:
❤️‍🩹血管内膜受损
振动可能导致动脉内壁微裂,形成血栓(clot),随后血栓可能脱落进入脑部,造成缺血性中风。

❤️‍🩹动脉夹层(artery dissection)
是一种严重但隐蔽的情况,尤其常见于椎动脉或颈动脉。轻微外力(包括剧烈按摩、甩头、按摩枪震动)就可能导致血管壁撕裂,引起中风或脑供血不足。

❤️‍🩹血压与血流波动
振动会暂时影响颈动脉窦受压反射,导致血压突然下降或上升,出现头晕、视力模糊、甚至晕厥。

‼️因此,按摩枪不建议直接使用在颈椎上‼️

✅ 颈部前后点头:慢慢点头,低头 → 抬头,重复 10 次。
✅ 左右转头:轻轻把头转向左,再转向右,重复 10 次。
✅ 左右侧弯:耳朵轻轻靠近肩膀,左右各 10 次。
✅ 耸肩放松:双肩用力抬起,停 2 秒,再放松,重复 10 次。

💡 小提醒:动作要慢,感觉轻微拉伸即可,不要用力过猛。坚持每天几分钟,颈椎会更轻松!

🧷Iliotibial band syndrome is where tendon called the iliotibial band gets irritated or swollen from rubbing against your hip or knee bones. The tendon is on the outside of your leg, and it goes from the top of your pelvic bone down to your knee. It rubs against your bones when it gets too tight.
🧷Those person with iliotibial band syndrome describe the initial pain as aching and burning. The more they exercise their leg, and the worse the syndrome gets, the sharper the pain turns.

Lying on tummy (prone lying) is not good for spine.⁉️

🔖Neck Strain

When lying prone, usually need to turn the head to one side to breathe. Sustained rotation position can strain the neck spine, muscles, and nerves. Over time, it may contribute to stiffness, headaches, or nerve compression, causing numbness on arm and hand.

🔖Increased Lower Back (lumbar) Stress

In prone, the natural curve of the lumbar spine (lordosis) often increases. This exaggeration can put pressure on the facet joints and compress the lower back, aggravating issues like low back pain or spondylolisthesis.

🔖Shoulder and Chest Pressure

Shoulders are pushed into extension, and the chest bears weight against the surface. This can restrict breathing and strain the thoracic spine.

🔖Pelvic Tilt Issues

The position can promote anterior pelvic tilt (hips tilting forward), which tightens hip flexors and puts extra tension on the lumbar spine.

Stomach sleeping is agreed to be the worst sleep position‼️
