Healing is often found in the smallest, most unexpected details. 🌸
I spent some time today really looking at these petals—the way the light hits them, the delicate textures, the quiet life they hold. To be honest, I never expected to receive a bouquet. It came from a brother, a friend who treasures our bond enough to send a reminder that I’m "seen."
There’s often a stigma or a "label" attached to men giving flowers to each other, but why? There is no shame in being remembered. Receiving this wasn’t about romance; it was about the profound healing that happens when we acknowledge each other's existence.
Love isn’t a monolith. It doesn’t just belong to couples. Friendship between men can be just as soft, just as supportive, and—as I’ve learned today—receiving a gift like this is a powerful form of healing. It’s a silent "I’ve got your back."
How was your Valentine’s? Did you experience any moments of "unexpected healing" or a gesture that defied labels? I’d love to hear your stories. ✨
