Pagi kena 4-6 mmol/l
Sebelum lunch dinner and tido kena 6-8 mmol/l

How?
1. Cari BP machine
2. Duduk relax - jangan silang kaki
3. Letak cuff atas lengan
4. Tunggu 5 min. Jangan stress
5. Tekan butang start.
6. Tengok no yang tertera

Kalo umur less than 70 - BP less than 135/85 ok
Kalo umur more than 70, 140 /80 OK la tu.

Paling penting jangan stress. Relax. Its just BP. Hehe

Pengunaan antibiotic perlulah dibuat dengan betul.

Auntie berumur 80 tahun, admitted 2 hari lepas dengan deman yang tinggi sampai 40 degree. Dia tidak ada symptom symptom lain. I dah suspect mesti kencing kotor dan kuman masuk kat darah.

Unfortunately the bacterial infection is of severe type, e coli septicemia with esbl.

Antibiotics biasa yang digunakan tidak dapat membunuh kuman.

If R atau resistance bermakna antibiotics tu tak dapat digunakan. Kalo S bermakna susceptible . So boleh dipakai untuk bacteria ini.

Meropenem is a strong antibiotics , so have to use this. Now need to explain to family members.

Patient is OK and well.

Ini adalah carta demam salah seorang pesakit deman dengue saya.

Dengue fever usually lasting for 7 day. Fever spiking high for first 4 to 5 days. And patient goes into critical period usually at day 4 to 5 and some times day 6.

Hari ke 7, semua settle, dah boleh balik dah. Dah mula senyum, mintak nak balik.

Nasihat saya, if kena demam dengue stay hydrated. Minum 2 to 3 liter air ( air kelapa, jus, bubur and air biasa campur campur). Visit your doctor and watch out for warning signs.
