Caring for elderly parents takes a lot of patience and love.
Sometimes we feel stressed, exhausted, and struggle silently inside — and that is normal. We are human, not perfect.
This is not a moral issue, but a real-life challenge.
Allow yourself to feel tired, to rest, and to release stress. Self-care is not weakness.
Caring for parents means doing our best within our limits, not forcing ourselves to be strong all the time.
When we take care of ourselves, we can care better for them.
Be gentle with them.
Be kind to yourself.
照顾年迈的父母,需要极大的耐心与爱心。
有时我们会感到压力、疲惫,心里默默承受 —— 这很正常,因为我们都是普通人,不是完美的人。
这不是道德的问题,而是现实的挑战。
请允许自己累、难、想逃、想休息,也请允许自己释放压力、照顾好自己。
照顾父母,不是勉强自己撑,而是在能力范围内,尽力而为。
当我们照顾好自己,才有力量照顾别人。
用理解、陪伴和温柔,让父母安心;
也用宽容与善待,让自己心安。
