I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the privilege of being invited to present a guest lecture on Nursing Leadership & Management to the final-year Nursing Degree students. It is truly an honour to return to University Malaya—an institution that has shaped the standards of healthcare education in our country—and to contribute once again in an academic capacity.
