有时候，我们在家测血压，数字一高就开始紧张，甚至自己吓自己。
其实——请先冷静下来 ❤️

1️⃣ 不要仅凭一次测量就下结论
血压会因为情绪、压力、咖啡、甚至刚走动过而波动。
一次高，并不代表你真的有高血压。
​
2️⃣ 血压机也会“有情绪”
电池电量不足、手臂带位置不对、机器老化……
这些都可能造成读数不准。

3️⃣ 怀疑自己血压高？先去诊所确认！
