家裡的年味慢慢散了,生活也回到日常。

可是身體呢?
是不是也跟著懶了幾分,步伐慢了幾分?

PhysioGym by Remeds 专为 55 岁以上的朋友设计功能性训练,让运动更安全、更科学。
我們想做的不是讓誰變成健身高手,
而是讓長輩能走得更穩、起身更有力、生活更有底氣。

新年過完了,羊年還有 350 天。

在這 350 天裡,我們想做到:
✔ 讓長輩走路更穩,不容易跌倒
✔ 讓肌力回來,起身更輕鬆
✔ 陪他們一起動,而不是只說“要保重”
✔ 把健康當習慣,而不是等到不舒服才開始
