当自闭症孩子很有情绪、情绪爆发、焦虑、常常哭泣、抗拒、不配合，或出现各种行为上的挑战时，很多父母会感到困惑、焦虑，甚至无助。
其实，这些表现往往不只是单纯的行为问题，更可能是在表达孩子内在的压力、情绪调节困难，以及未被看见的需要。

本讲座将从神经多样性的角度，带父母重新理解自闭症孩子的行为与情绪，认识情绪调节、共同调节与心理健康之间的关系。
