Our 2025 TTC trainees will be leading a free class together as part of their Karma Yoga, and we are welcoming donations. All funds collected will be contributed to Penang Bodhi Heart Sanctuary, a place that has supported us deeply during the years when we had no space to offer our classes and courses.
Without their kindness, we wouldn’t have so many precious memories today.

After the Karma Yoga session, we will celebrate with a heartfelt graduation ceremony, witnessing our trainees step proudly into their next chapter.

The donation will be officially received by Leonard, the person in charge of Penang Bodhi Heart Sanctuary.

The Art of Transition: A Vinyasa Practice with Melvin & Xiao Jing

Join us for a two-part Vinyasa experience designed to deepen your understanding of flow, movement, and mindful transitions.

Each 120 minute session will explore 5 unique Vinyasa sequences, thoughtfully crafted to connect foundational postures, standing poses, seated work, inversions, and backbends.

Every transition is intentional, guiding you to move with awareness, rhythm, and grace, transforming your practice into a form of moving meditation.

This series meets you where you are. Whether you’re refining your fundamentals or seeking a deeper challenge, you’ll experience how every breath, movement, and moment are beautifully interconnected.

A detailed deck of all 10 Vinyasa flows will be provided to support your self-practice and help you revisit the sequences after the workshops.

Dates:
• Part 1: 6th December 10am to 12pm
• Part 2: 7th December 10am to 12pm

Duration: 120 minutes per session
Fee: RM240 sign up before 20Nov.
RM300 20Nov onwards.
