Great sharing session with the amazing Great Eastern agents yesterday about Work Ergonomics.
Many people spend long hours sitting or using laptops and mobile phones, which can easily lead to neck pain, shoulder stiffness and back discomfort if the posture and workstation setup are not ideal.
During the session, we discussed:
• Common posture mistakes
• How workstation setup affects our body
• Simple ergonomic adjustments to reduce pain and prevent injuries
Prevention is always better than treatment.
Small changes in your working posture can make a big difference to your long-term health.
