• Dry, red, itchy skin

Got a fever? Don’t panic! Most of the time, it’s your body fighting off an infection. But how do you know when it’s serious? Let’s break it down 👇

✅ Okay to Stay Home If:
🟢 Fever is under 102°F (38.9°C)
🟢 You’re drinking water and resting
🟢 You feel a little tired but mostly fine
🟢 It goes away in a couple of days
Tip: Take meds like Tylenol or ibuprofen to feel better and get lots of rest! 🛌💧

🚨 See a Doctor If
🔴 Fever is over 103°F (39.4°C)
🔴 It lasts more than 3 days
🔴 You feel sick, can’t breathe, have chest pain, or feel confused
🔴 You had a tick bite or just traveled
🔴 You have a baby under 3 months with a fever, this is always an emergency! 🚼
