如何巧妙运用与锻链身体的肌肉

我们身体的每一块肌肉都有他特定的作用，正确使用局部肌肉的力量支撑身体，能大大帮助身体各部位疼痛。
非常适合年齡層给有腰痛、肩痛、膝盖痛、走路爬楼梯膝盖卡卡/不舒服、打喷嚏咳嗽会漏尿、忍不到尿问题的。

这是一项温和的运动，年长者也适合更不需要有任何运动经验。
