Aktiviti Komuniti Bersama Warga Emas 🤝

Pada 6 Februari 2026, pasukan Physiofit Physiotherapy berpeluang berkongsi pendedahan senaman fisioterapi bersama komuniti di Program Pusat Aktiviti Warga Emas (PAWE) Ipoh.

Program ini telah dihadiri oleh Pengerusi PAWE, Datuk Seri Dr. Tan Lian Hoe, serta wakil daripada Perak Palliative Care Society, Dato’ Dr. Ziaudin, dan disertai oleh kira-kira 80 orang peserta yang sangat bersemangat.

Sesi ini memberi fokus kepada senaman mudah, selamat dan praktikal untuk membantu warga emas mengekalkan kekuatan, keseimbangan dan mobiliti dalam kehidupan harian.

Terima kasih kepada pihak PAWE Ipoh dan semua peserta atas sambutan yang sangat baik. Kami di Physiofit sentiasa komited untuk membawa kesedaran tentang kepentingan fisioterapi ke dalam komuniti.

Our Story

We are a physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre that is based in Ipoh. The founders, practicing medical doctors themselves have an experience of over 35 years in the medical field.

During these past years, we have noticed the sprouting of physiotherapy centres throughout the country. However, we also have noticed that most of these centres use mostly machines and electrotherapy for their treatments. There has been a lack of human touch when it comes to these centres. Therefore, we have a goal to bring back the human touch to our patients.

In keeping with that, our main focus of treatment is on manual therapy, dry needling & sports massage. We want to ensure every patient that walks in to our centre goes back with considerable improvement from his/her initial condition.
