Optician / Sales Executive
Ipoh | Full-Time
Base Salary: RM2, 500 - RM 4,000 + Commission
We are looking for a sales-driven Optical Sales Executive or an Optician to grow our optical business.
*Responsibilities:*
- Provide professional optical sales consultation
- Recommend frames, lenses, and upgrades confidently
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Support promotions, merchandising, and campaigns
- Perform refraction (eye test) and basic vision assessment
- Carry out lens edging and fitting for eyeglasses
- Dispense optical products accurately based on prescriptions
- Provide professional advice on frames, lenses, and visual solutions
- Support sales activities and achieve monthly targets
- Ensure proper handling, adjustment, and maintenance of optical equipment
- Assist in store merchandising, promotions, and campaigns
*Requirements:*
- Certified/qualified Optician (preferred) / Willing to learn and take up training courses
- Experience in refraction and edging is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-oriented with the ability to upsell optical products
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player
