Tak pasti sama ada anda perlukan fisioterapi? Ini 5 tanda tubuh anda mungkin sedang beri isyarat:

1. Sakit yang Berpanjangan - Sakit atau lenguh tidak hilang-hilang? jika berlarutan lebih dari beberapa hari, mungkin ada masalah yang perlu dirawat.
2. Pergerakan Terhad - Susah nak bergerak seperti biasa? Fisioterapi boleh bantu pulihkan fleksibiliti dan julat pergerakan.
