During this CNY holidays, some areas in Ipoh, including parts of Buntong were flooded due to the heavy rain, strong winds and thunderstorms that ripped off roofs of houses and swept off people's belongings 😥
This morning, our Family Wellness Club members responded to the appeal from the Buntong ADUN's service centre and donated items for the flood victims.
Hopefully, the worst is over..

Chinese New Year Celebration for Old Folks 🎉🎉❤️
The old folks and staff at the MPKSM IPOH RUMAH SEJAHTERA JELAPANG were today treated by our Family Wellness Club to a lively Chinese New Year celebration of singing, dancing and fun games followed by Yee Sang tossing and a sumptous lunch 💃😍🧧

It was wonderful to see the old folks coming forward to sing and dance and enjoying themselves. They loved the lunch which was a nice change from their usual food. And finally, the ang pows were a little 'icing to the cake'.

We want to thank our members, sponsors and well-wishers who participated and contributed towards this event that brought a lot of cheer, joy and happiness to the old folks

At our Chair Yoga class this morning, we gave Ms.Looi Choy Foong, who is a certified yoga teacher, an appreciation ang pow for her long and dedicated conduct of yoga classes at our Family Wellness Club since 2019 !! 👍👍👏👏💖
