Ramai orang cakap Physio ni tukang urut 😅 . yesss betul ! physio memang tukang urut . tapi urutan yang macam mana ?

Ada perbezaan antara "urut kampung" dengan urutan physio .. "urutan kampung" semua orang pun sudah jelas dan faham .. disini A.A REHAB CENTER nak menceritakan apa itu 'URUT PHYSIOTHERAPY"

Dalam physio kami memanggil sebagai "SOFT TISSUE MANIPULATION" .. Apa yang dimaksudkan dengan "STM" :

Soft tissue manipulation covers a range of treatments which aim to improve the mobility of stiff, immobile soft tissues and those with poor circulation due to inactivity or increased tension. It is also used to help mobilise scar tissue, thereby preventing long term recurrence of inflammation.

maksudnya disini , "STM" membantu dalam segi meningkatkan keupayaan bagi seorang pesakit yang mempunyai masalah otot dan sendi seperti , rasa tegang tegang seluruh badan, rasa lenguh, rasa berat bila melakukan aktiviti, dan ada sesetengah yang menganggu pergerakan harian anda. "STM" juga dapat membantu dari segi melancarkan peredaran darah badan anda dan memberi keselesaan pada seluruh tubuh dan juga dapat mengurangkan tekanan stress pada otot dan sendi.

jadi disini , "STM" boleh membantu untuk semua golongan usia .. termasuk orang tua dan ibu mengandung ..

A.A REHAB CENTER juga ada menyediakan RAWATAN FULL BODY MASSAGE rumah ke rumah .. rawatan ini akan dikendalikan oleh saya sendiri (DIPLOMA IN PHYSIOTHERAPY) .. cover area jitra - alor setar

What is PHYSICAL THERAPY meanings ?

Physical therapists provide services that develop, maintain and restore people’s maximum movement and functional ability. They can help people at any stage of life, when movement and function are threatened by ageing, injury, diseases, disorders, conditions or environmental factors.

Physical therapists help people maximise their quality of life, looking at physical, psychological, emotional and social wellbeing.

Physical therapists are qualified and professionally required to:

1. undertake a comprehensive examination/assessment of the patient/client or needs of a client group.

2. evaluate the findings from the examination/assessment to make clinical judgments regarding patients/clients.

3. formulate a diagnosis, prognosis and plan
provide consultation within their expertise and determine when patients/clients need to be referred to another healthcare professional
implement a physical therapist intervention/treatment programme.

4. determine the outcomes of any interventions/treatments.

5.make recommendations for self-management.
