The Awakening Yoga - Fly Strong : Inversion & Compression.
This practice was never about getting the pose.
Not inversions. Not arm balances.
It was about foundations.
About learning how strength is built slowly, honestly, and with awareness.
We explored compression, control, and support - and more importantly, we explored our limits.
Not to push past them, but to listen, respect and stay on the path of yoga.
Some days we fly.
Some days we stay close to the ground.
Both are practice.
Grateful for the guidance, the curiosity, and the sincerity in the room. Thank you
for holding such a clear and grounded space.
