捐血时注意事项
1. 身体健康。
2. 年龄介于18至60岁。
3. 体重超过45KG。
4. 没有患上B型肝炎、C型肝炎和艾滋病等等的任何血液传染病。
5. 没有患上糖尿病，高血压和任何的心脏疾病。
6. 血红素必须高过12.5公克/百毫升。
7. 24小时内没有拔牙。
8. 6个月内没有接受输血。
9. 6个月内没有动过大手术。
10. 21天内没有接受打针或食用抗生素之类的药物。
11. 捐血前一天必须有充足的睡眠和休息，捐血的4小时前有进食。
12. 捐血后也要一直补充水分，捐血的12小时内不要做剧烈运动。
