🍻然而一旦堆积了过多脂肪，就会阻碍肝脏的解毒的功能，导致毒素累积在体内🧪通常肝脏细胞老化、受损的话，肝脏能够自我修复🔄生成新的肝脏细胞，但如果肝脏持续受损，可能就会留下永久的损伤，最后导致肝硬化 （Cirrhosis）🧠
