𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺 𝗔𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗶!

Hari Raya is a time for reflection, gratitude and togetherness with the spirit of Maaf Zahir dan Batin.

Across many homes, 𝘙𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘨 is "must have" at the table during Hari Raya.

Traditionally prepared for festive occasions, it is slow cooked with patience until rich and deeply flavourful. The 𝘙𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘨 is also valued for its ability to last for days, even weeks, making it suitable for long journeys in earlier times.

More than just a dish, 𝘙𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘨 symbolically reflects the essence of Raya i.e patience in its preparation, wisdom in its tradition and the strong sense of togetherness it brings to every gathering.

Whether you are travelling, hosting or taking a well deserved break, we wish you a safe and meaningful celebration.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: Our clinic will resume services on 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟯 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

From all of us at Klinik Tan,
Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Maaf Zahir dan Batin.

KIT UBAT GERAK RAYA

Jangan tunggu dah atas highway baru teringat ubat tertinggal.

1. Ubat rutin sendiri
2. Ubat demam dan sakit
3. Ubat alahan
4. Ubat mabuk perjalanan
5. Oral rehydration salts
6. Ubat cirit-birit
7. Ubat gastrik
8. Ubat selsema atau lozenges

Nampak kecil, tapi benda-benda inilah yang selalu dicari masa susah.

Semak tarikh luput, simpan dalam pouch khas, dan jangan campur aduk sampai masa perlu pun tak jumpa.

Balik kampung biar tenang.
Jangan biar panik bermula dari tempat duduk belakang.

Macam mana setiap generasi sambut raya, rupa-rupanya memang tak sama!

Kalau diperhatikan betul-betul, cara orang sambut raya memang banyak dipengaruhi oleh generasi mereka membesar.

2. Baby Boomers (1946–1964) p**a sangat kuat semangat rayanya.

Kurangkan gula, utamakan kesihatan.

Berwaspada terutama point No. 3.

Berwaspada terutama point No. 3.

Biar ramai selamat sebelum berbuka.

🧧 Selamat Tahun Baru Cina 2026! 🧧

One of the most recognisable sights during Chinese New Year is the giving and receiving of mandarin oranges. The word for mandarin in Cantonese sounds like “gold” and exchanging a pair symbolises good luck, prosperity and blessings for the year ahead. 🍊🍊

As we welcome the lunar Year of the Horse in 2026, we wish all our patients, families and friends:

✨ Good health
✨ Happiness
✨ Peace and prosperity throughout the year

Please note that our clinic will be closed for the Chinese New Year holidays:

📅 Monday, 16.2.2026 – Wednesday, 18.2.2026

We will resume services on:
📅 Thursday, 19.2.2026

Wishing everyone a Happy Chinese New Year from all of us at Klinik Tan!
