Our team has hidden talents we never knew existed 😂

By day: posture reminders, patient care, serious faces.
By night: superheroes, movie characters, and some very questionable costume decisions that we will never let them forget.

Who knew the clinic had so many “main characters”? Honestly, the confidence level was higher than the budget for some of these costumes.

We confirmed three things that night:
1️⃣ Some of us really committed to the role.
2️⃣ Some of us clearly ordered last minute.
3️⃣ Everyone thinks they deserve “Best Costume.”

Still, nothing beats having a team that can adjust spines in the day and adjust wigs at night 😆

Grateful for a group that works hard, laughs louder, and somehow shows up the next morning completely professional like nothing happened.

We were honoured to be invited to a company to conduct a Posture and Spinal Health Talk for their staff, proudly organised by AIA.

During the session, we shared practical insights on maintaining good posture, protecting spinal health, and reducing the risk of work-related discomfort — especially for those with long hours of sitting or desk work.

Spinal care is not only important after pain appears, but essential in daily work life. With the right awareness and habits, many common issues can be prevented before they affect productivity and quality of life.

A big thank you to AIA and the company for the trust and opportunity to support staff well-being through education and awareness.

Chiro Chris was invited to participate in a sports event organized by IPD Brickfields.

The event hosted approximately 500 participants and featured three main sports: badminton, futsal, and netball.

During the event, Chiro Chris provided chiropractic treatments aimed at enhancing athletes’ performance and supporting their physical conditioning.

He was also on standby to deliver first aid and immediate care in the event of any injuries.
