Johor Specialist Hospital by KPJ proudly marks a new milestone with the installation of the MRI Solar Fit 1.5 Tesla, the first in Malaysia and within KPJ. Complementing this advancement is the GA (General Anaesthesia) MRI machine, making JSH the first in the KPJ Southern Region and establishing us as the regional hub for MRI under anaesthesia.

This state-of-the-art technology enables safe, precise, and compassionate MRI care for:

Johor Specialist Hospital was proud to collaborate with ELS Club in providing basic health screenings and on-site physiotherapy services, including sports taping and ultrasound therapy, to support participants throughout the event.

In conjunction with TNB Safety Week, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) kindly invited us to be part of the programme by organising a blood donation drive and mental health check by our psychiatrist, Dr. Sankari Ganesh. It was truly encouraging to see TNB staff from all branches across Johor Bahru, along with their family members, coming together in support of health and well-being.

This meaningful initiative reflects the spirit of care, compassion, and community, which reminds us that safety goes beyond the workplace and into caring for both body and mind. We are grateful to be part of this programme and to everyone who contributed to making it a success.

We were honoured to be invited by HID Global Sdn Bhd to conduct an Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) Health Talk at their workplace in Kulai.

The session was led by our Medical Officer, Dr Muhammad Yazid, focusing on workplace health awareness, occupational safety, and preventive care to support employee wellbeing and long-term productivity.
