Johor Specialist Hospital extends our heartfelt thanks to MindChamps Preschool at Adda Heights, the dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and the adorable kids for welcoming us for an engaging Sharing Session on Influenza.

Dr. Kate Chan Sook Cheng, Consultant in General Paediatrics, shared valuable insights on the cause, symptoms, and prevention of influenza, including the importance of vaccination 💉.

Our Infection Control Nurse, Sr. Rachel, guided everyone on the proper handwashing technique, followed by a fun, hands-on practice with every child. 🖐️🧽

We were deeply honoured to welcome YBhg Datuk Syed Mohamed Syed Ibrahim, President & Chief Executive of Johor Corporation (JCorp), together with his wife, YBhg. Datin Zaidah binti Zakaria, for a warm and personal visit to Desaru Information & Physiotherapy Centre (DIPC) on Friday, 7 November 2025.

During the visit, Datuk Syed experienced a customised physiotherapy treatment session, bringing encouragement and positive energy to our team. We also had the privilege to receive KPJ Healthcare Berhad’s Board of Directors and Senior Management Team, led by Mr Chin Keat Chyuan, our President & Managing Director of KPJ Healthcare.

The visit was heartfelt and meaningful, a true gesture of support, leadership, and connection. We’re sincerely grateful for the time and presence of all our esteemed guests, whose visit inspires us to continue serving with care, professionalism, and community spirit. 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who joined our Glow & Go: Zumba in Pink Edition, proudly organised by the Oncology Centre and Radiology Team of Johor Specialist Hospital!

We were honoured to have Pn. Maisarah Omar, Regional Chief Executive Officer (RCEO), Pn. Haliza Khalid, our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Dr Yap Yoke Yeow, our Medical Director, join us for the event. Special thanks to Madam Teh Halimaton Radzuan and KPJU Bachelor of Nursing Cohort 8B for their great support and collaboration in making this event a success.
