/Safety & HSE Teams 🦺

A key DOSH compliance item~~~don’t miss the annual reporting.
JKKP 8 is the annual submission to DOSH under OSHA 1994, covering the previous year’s:
• Workplace accidents
• Dangerous occurrences
• Occupational poisoning
• Occupational diseases

📌 Important: Even if there were no cases, you must submit NIL Return.
Deadline: 31 January 2026 (Saturday)
Submit via: MYKKP system (Online) | DOSH

根据 《1994 年职业安全与健康法令（OSHA 1994）》 规定，
所有受监管的雇主必须每年向 DOSH 提交 JKKP 8（年度事故与职业病申报）。

❓ 什么是 JKKP 8？
JKKP 8 是 向 DOSH 申报上一年度：
• ✔️ 职场事故
• ✔️ 危险事故
• ✔️ 职业中毒
• ✔️ 职业疾病

👥 谁一定要提交？
• 🔹 所有受 OSHA 1994 监管的雇主

(Liputi kemalangan, kejadian berbahaya, keracunan pekerjaan & penyakit pekerjaan)

❗️Jika gagal membuat penghantaran / pelaporan, majikan boleh dikenakan kompaun dan tindakan undang-undang:
✅ Denda sehingga RM10,000 atau
✅ Penjara sehingga 1 tahun atau
✅ Kedua-duanya sekali

✅ Jangan tunggu saat akhir — semak rekod & hantar segera di myKKP.

❗️Non-compliance may result in enforcement action, including:
✅ A fine of up to RM10,000, or
✅ Imprisonment for a term not exceeding one (1) year, or
✅ Both

✅ Employers are advised to review all records and complete submissions promptly through myKKP to avoid penalties.
