We are open vacancy for ADMINISTRATION OFFICER.
Job Requirement :
* Complete diploma / bachelor degree in business or equivalent.
* Proven administrative experience.
* Experience in shipping & logistics processes.
* Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Strong time management skills & multitasking.
* Understanding of sales support functional, including preparing
quotations & contracts will be an added advantage.
* Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay & Mandarin.
* Mandarin literacy to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients (both written & spoken).
