Check your posture in under 10 seconds!
A quick wall test can reveal if your spine is aligned or slipping into bad habits.
👍 GOOD POSTURE
You likely have good posture if:
-The back of your head, shoulder blades, and buttocks touch the wall.
-The gap between your neck and the wall is less than 2 inches.
This means your spine is aligned in a healthy, neutral position.
👎 BAD POSTURE
You may have poor posture if:
-Your head can’t touch the wall without tilting or straining.
-Your shoulder blades don’t reach the wall.
-There is a gap of more than 2 inches between the back of your neck and the wall.
A larger gap often suggests:
-Forward head posture
-Rounded shoulders
-A more pronounced upper spine curve
