冬季食谱一:
当归羊肉萝卜汤。
功效:温中补血,祛寒止痛。羊肉温阳,当归养血,生姜散寒。
羊腿肉500克,白萝卜一根,生姜5大片,当归10克,葱段,料酒一勺。
萝卜切片儿,生姜切片,然后把羊肉用水煮一下,焯一下里面的血水。再把这些食材一块儿放到炖汤的煲里面。大火烧开,小火炖,等炖了一个半小时左右,用筷子去插那个羊肉,很轻松就插过去了,说明这个汤炖的很好了。
