冬至，是一年中最重要的节气之一，
象征「阳气初生、团圆圆满」。

今天，医师也放慢脚步，
陪着家人一起搓汤圆、煮汤圆，
在忙碌中，享受难得的亲子时光，
感受一家人围在一起的温暖与幸福。

🧧 中医小提醒｜汤圆要吃巧，不要吃多
汤圆属于糯米制品，
性质偏黏、较难消化，
若食用过量，容易出现
腹胀、消化不良、胃闷不适等情况。

👉 建议：
✔️ 浅尝即可
✔️ 肠胃较弱、长辈与小朋友更要留意份量
✔️ 饭后避免再大量进食汤圆
