【湿疹先擦moisturiser还是先擦类固醇？】
那天在小红书上看到有位朋友发文问：湿疹发作应该先擦moisturiser 还是类固醇？

政府医院就讲擦moisturiser先，外面皮肤科就说擦类固醇先，弄到大家不懂擦哪一个先。

很多专业会建议擦moisturiser先有几种原因，一是怕有的人擦了steroid 止痒了就忘了擦moisturiser，另外就是滋润过的皮肤吸收度会更好，这也是为什么有的人建议保养皮肤时先擦toner。

但个人建议，不同情况有不同做法：

1. 如果你的湿疹正在发作 – 先擦类固醇，再擦moisturiser。
2. 如果是平时maintenance （非发作期） - 先擦moisturiser再擦类固醇。

为什么这样呢？
因为cream在皮肤上能吃进去的量是有限的，先擦moisturiser会有种缓冲的作用，后面的类固醇吃进去的量就会减少，适合maintenance期。

而如果你正在发作，你需要类固醇帮你消炎，这时候先擦类固醇效果就会比较好。

Kris也想强调，擦moisturiser是很很很很重要的，有的人擦了类固醇，就不去擦moisturiser，因为感觉都是cream，

但moisturiser帮助的是皮肤修复，当没有flare-up 的时候就要注重修复，这样才会减少复发。

有的人一擦了类固醇就忘了之后做皮肤修复，导致一直不断的反复擦类固醇-皮薄-擦更多-依赖

最后就变成类固醇不好，很多副作用之类的说法。

所以，用对产品比用什么产品更重要，大家一定要配合专业使用产品。
