如果我们注视红眼症患者的眼睛，会被传染吗？

曾经就有位朋友，家里有三位小孩
小孩A得红眼症，好了，传给小孩B
小孩B好了，结果轮到小孩C
小孩C好了，又轮回小孩A

她很困惑
每天准时给小孩滴眼药水
为什么还是没完没了

自从告诉她这两个步骤
就没有家人再受感染了

红眼症（急性结膜炎 Conjunctivitis）
最常见是病毒(virus)造成

#主要传播途径

第一
患者本身碰触自己的眼睛、眼泪
然后再碰触桌面、门把手
其他人在不知情下碰触这些表面
再揉自己眼睛

第二
触碰患者的眼泪、眼分泌物
接触患者用过的毛巾、枕头、眼药水瓶等
然后再揉自己的眼睛

只要患者眼分泌物或眼泪还明显、眼睛持续红肿
就有可能传染给其他人

#不会通过的传染方式

不会通过目光、对视传播
不会通过空气远距离传播

所以当我们注视红眼症患者的眼睛时
是不会被传染的

#家里有结膜炎患者该怎么办

勤洗手
接触红眼后马上洗手
接触患者后也马上洗手
记得是放肥皂一起洗

家里的表面，或者可能会接触的表面
都用消毒液擦拭

总之
就好像以前我们中了covid一样
一直洗手
一直在表面消毒
这两个步骤
很重要

家有小孩是最头痛的
因为他们喜欢这里动一下，那里摸一下
小孩的玩具，记得每天擦拭消毒液
直到红眼症好了

记得
不揉眼睛
不和红眼症病人共用毛巾、枕头、化妆品、眼药水

患者也应避免揉眼
红眼初期会有很多眼泪、眼屎
纸巾擦了眼泪、眼屎后马上丢掉
然后洗手
千万别去游泳、上学或上班

学校假期将至
结膜炎患者可能会增加
预防胜于治疗

若自己出现眼红、异物感、分泌物增多，要及时就医

今天趁周休，来个简易版早餐清清肠胃。

诊所楼下的超市刚好有优惠，鳄梨3粒RM9.90。

在蒸小萝卜的时候，切一切鳄梨，把小番茄洗净，选个喜欢的碗，把食物摆进去，再撒些奇亚籽。一顿营养丰盛的早餐就完成了。

如何正确滴眼药水
🦋把手洗干净
🦋仰卧或将头向后仰
🦋拉下“下眼皮”
🦋将药瓶放在眼睛上方
🦋轻轻挤压药瓶，滴一滴就足够

贴士
🚩当我们拉下下眼皮，下眼皮和眼球会形成一个“口袋”，将药水滴进“口袋”
🚩滴了药水后闭眼即可，不需眨眼，不然药水会流掉哦
🚩将流到脸颊多余的药水擦干
🚩如果同时需要滴两种以上的药水，记得药水之间隔开至少五分钟

Sungguh bahagia melihat pasien kembali melihat dunia dengan jelas.

Pasien dari Indonesia ini hanya bisa melihat gerakan tangan akibat katarak putih yang padat.

Sehari setelah operasi, ia mendapatkan penglihatan sempurna 6/6.
Ia berkata, “Seperti memakai kacamata baru, semuanya terlihat begitu berwarna!”

Sangat bersyukur bisa menjadi bagian dari transformasi ini. 💜

One of the most beautiful moments in medicine is witnessing someone see the world clearly again.

Recently operated on a patient from Indonesia who had a dense white cataract and could only detect hand movements.

Just one day after cataract surgery, he opened his eyes to perfect 6/6 vision.

He smiled and said, “It’s like wearing a brand new pair of glasses, everything is so colourful!” while the other eye still felt like wearing an old one.

Moments like these remind us that vision is more than just sight. It’s life, colour, connection, and joy. So happy for him and his new, bright view of the world.
