We had a great time conducting a chiropractic Posture and Spinal Health Talk for the team at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru, organised by AIA. We shared simple, practical tips to help office workers sit better, move better, and reduce those common aches from long hours at the desk.

In chiropractic care, we believe prevention is key. With small daily habit changes and better awareness, many spinal issues can be avoided before they even begin—keeping you comfortable, energised, and ready for the day. Big thanks to AIA and the team for having us! 🫶🏻😇

Not all scoliosis is the same.

📐 Measured by the Cobb angle, scoliosis is generally classified as:
• Mild: 0–19°
• Moderate: 20–45°
• Severe: 45° and above

Different angles need different treatment plans.
From chiropractic care and Schroth Method exercises,
to bracing and in severe cases, surgery.
