經營月子餐的這些年，
遇到的客人形形色色，
但感恩95%的客人都很好，
剩下的5%，
交了定金，又臨時取消，
廚娘都儘量跟客人協議看看怎樣處理，
譬如以下這位客人。

客人A：我臨時換去月子中心了，我要退回定金可以嗎？（我：不好意思，定金交了無法退還，因為材料都買好了）A：那你可以留給下一個客人啊，你都沒有損失。（我：不好意思，我這是限量接單，我接了妳的單子之後已經推掉不少客人，現在妳臨時取消，還要取回定金，我很為難）A：我去月子中心已經超過我的budget了，我希望可以拿回我的錢。（我：一人讓一步，妳的定金我不能退，但是我可以換兩天的月子餐給妳，你看可以嗎？）
A：月子餐不用了，你把錢退一半給我。
