我們親愛的至親顏門陳詩老太夫人, 慟於 2025年8月5日與世長辭, 高壽九十有七歲（五代大母）。
現茲定於2025年8月8日 (星期五) 上午10am出殯。由治喪處遺靈奉移至士毛月富貴山莊風景墓園進行安葬儀式。

Funeral Service will be held at:

Visiting Hour:
6-7/8/2025 (11am - 10pm)
Thereafter cortege will be leaving on Friday, 8 August 2025 at 10am to Semenyih Nirvana Memorial Park for burial ceremony.
