[Beat the Burnout!]
Feeling penat, hilang motivasi, or like “tepu” with life? 😩
Stress is normal… but burnout can be avoided.
This session will explore the difference between stress and burnout, how it affects our mental and emotional well-being, and why it’s important to manage it early. Participants will also learn practical and realistic strategies to cope with stress, build self-awareness, and protect their mental health in daily life.
