👁️护眼小知识：20-20-20法则

盯屏太久，是不是感觉眼睛开始“罢工”了？
干涩、酸胀、模糊……其实你只是忘了让它休息一下🥺
长时间用眼，缺乏适当休息，很容易让眼睛出现疲劳、不适的状况

所以，记住这个简单好记的护眼公式👇
📌每用眼20分钟，望向20英尺（约6米）外的事物，持续至少20秒！

研究表明，这个方法可以放松眼部肌肉，有效缓解眼睛疲劳
