Something exciting is coming up for the lab community 👀

Strengthening microscopy skills remains fundamental in parasitology diagnostics, especially in the accurate detection and identification of intestinal parasites.
For laboratory personnel, researchers, postgraduate students, and healthcare professionals interested in enhancing practical diagnostic competency, the upcoming Intestinal Microscopy Workshop 2026 offers valuable hands-on learning guided by experienced parasitologists, while also providing an opportunity to take a glance at the future direction of intestinal parasite diagnostics.

In real farm conditions, disease rarely appears all at once. Early indicators are often subtle, and many pathogens target specific organs rather than the entire shrimp. Recognising these patterns helps farm teams respond faster and make better on-site decisions.

From knowledge sharing to hands-on practice, advancing transfusion safety starts with building the right expertise.

Biomed Global partnered with Premier Integrated Labs to co-organise the PIL Immunohematology Workshop 2026, where laboratory professionals came together to strengthen practical skills, exchange insights, and deepen understanding in transfusion science.

Held on 29–30 January 2026 at Pantai Hospital Ampang, the sessions were filled with active learning, collaboration, and meaningful discussions that support better outcomes in patient care.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this workshop a valuable experience for the community.
