Neck Pain?

Do you have pain around your neck area? Sometimes at the right side, sometimes left side or it can be both sides!
Do you feel tight over your neck until you cannot twist/turn your head to the left or right side without feeling pain?

Here, the simple steps of stretches exercise that you can do it by yourself to reduce the pain:

1. Sit on the chair, (for the right side of neck) hold tight the seat with your right hand while your left hand put on your head and pull your head slowly to the left side. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then return to normal position. Repeat this step for 5-10 times.

2. For the left side of the neck, hold tight the seat with your left hand while pull your head with your right hand slowly to the right side. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then return to normal position. Repeat this step for 5-10 times.
