女生最崩溃的：
想尿 → 进去 → 小不出来 😭

这种多数是尿道炎啦～
症状包括：刺痛、想尿又尿不出、跑厕所跑到生气。

原因很简单：憋尿、水喝少、清洁没做好。

医生会做个快速尿检，看看有没有感染；
如果中了，一颗对症抗生素，隔天通常舒服很多。

记得啦，抗生素不能乱买乱喝！
有症状就去给医生看看，快快好～

⚠️ 包皮太长、难清洁、常发炎、味道重 → 建议给医生检查。
割掉的好处：更好清洁、感染风险更低、更安心。

20–40岁常见：HPV小疣、尿道痒感染。
