Fatty Liver:
- Too much fat stored in the liver
- Usually caused by weight, sugar, oily food, alcohol
- Often no symptoms
- Can lead to liver damage if not controlled
- Improve by losing weight, healthy diet, exercise, avoid alcohol
Prevention Points:
- Maintain healthy weight
- Eat less oily and sugary foods
- Exercise regularly
- Avoid or reduce alcohol
- Control diabetes and cholesterol
- Drink enough water
- Go for regular health check-ups
