🌟 H.E.B.A.T. @ SMK AMINUDDIN BAKI 🌟

📍 Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Aminuddin Baki

Henti! Elak! Basmi! Asap Tembakau! (H.E.B.A.T) ialah inisiatif menangani isu merokok dan penggunaan v**e dalam kalangan remaja, dengan fokus kepada kesedaran tentang kesan negatifnya ke atas kesihatan fizikal, mental dan sosial.
Program ini dipandu oleh fasilitator daripada pelbagai fakulti seperti Perubatan, Farmasi, Pergigian, Kejuruteraan, Undang-Undang dan Alam Bina, yang bersama-sama menyampaikan ilmu dan kesedaran kepada peserta.

Antara objektif program ialah:
- Meningkatkan kefahaman tentang bahaya rokok dan v**e.
- Membantu pelajar menolak pengaruh negatif.
- Menyokong aspirasi Generational End Game (GEG).
Usaha ini diharapkan melahirkan generasi muda bebas tembakau demi masa depan yang lebih sihat! 💪

SOROTAN PROGRAM HEBAT SABAH 2.0

TOT di IPG Keningau, Sabah yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan aktivis setempat ini menerapkan kemahiran komunikasi berkesan dan ilmu berasaskan bukti berkaitan rokok dan vap agar mereka menjadi agen perubahan bagi mengurangkan prevalens merokok di Malaysia.

Program HEBAT di SMK Gunsanad II, Keningau melibatkan murid-murid sekolah tersebut. Program ini mementingkan pencegahan merokok dan vap, serta panduan untuk berhenti merokok.

Terima kasih kepada Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sabah, IPG Keningau serta SMK Gunsanad II atas sokongan yang diberikan sepanjang program.

HEBAT SABAH SIRI 2

HEBAT Universiti Malaya (UM) dengan kerjasama Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) telah manganjurkan Program HEBAT Sabah 2.0 bertempat di IPG Kundasang dan SMK Gunsanad II, Kundasang, Sabah.

Program yang berlangsung pada 10 April 2026 ini merangkumi Training of Trainers (TOT) di IPG Kundasang, serta aktiviti interaktif bersama murid sekolah di SMK Gunsanad II, Kundasang, Sabah.

HEBAT Sabah 2.0 diketuai oleh Dr. Muhd Shafeiq bin Muhammad Asri, dari Fakulti Perubatan dan Sains Kesihatan, Universiti Malaysia Sabah.

Terima kasih kepada pensyarah-pensyarah dari UMS dan UM yang terlibat dalam menjayakan Program HEBAT Sabah 2.0:

Henti! Elak! Basmi! Asap Tembakau! 🚭

The H.E.B.A.T Programme features a series of engaging and educational activities designed to promote awareness and encourage a smoke-free lifestyle among students:

🎤 Activity 1: H.E.B.A.T Talk
An interactive session introducing the H.E.B.A.T initiative, highlighting the dangers of smoking and va**ng, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

🕹️ Activity 2: Station Games
Participants will rotate through fun and informative stations:
1️⃣ What’s Good For Me?
2️⃣ Right or Wrong
3️⃣ Effects of Smoking/Vaping
4️⃣ Breathing Under Pressure

These activities are specially designed to enhance understanding through hands-on learning, critical thinking, and teamwork. 🧠
