One Stop Spine Care Centre At here, we provide important guidance & conduct regular self-help therapy training sessions for people suffering scoliosis, back/neck/shoulder pain etc.

Having a good skeleton is the key of getting healthy. Bad habits in our daily life such as bad siting posture, sleeping habits etc. is always the main cause of deformation of our spine. It will cause a series of problems such as scoliosis, neck & shoulder pain, back pain and leg problems. We often have no choice but suffer due to the lack of information and knowledge of healing these problems. Isogai Training Session provides FREE exercise that helps to reduce and heal the spine problems above. Feel free to join us if you are interested to protect your spine!
